What is Green Suites Membership Rewards (GSMR)?
Green Suites Membership Rewards (GSMR), is an entirely new program that rewards you for staying in Green Suites Hotel. With GSMR, you earn and redeem points for free nights with us.
How does it work?
It's easy. First, click on New Member to enroll. It's free and only takes a few minutes. You'll receive a confirmation email once we process your membership. You can return to My Account at any time to change your account information or update your preferences. When you stay at Green Suites Hotel, you will earn seven points for every dollar you spend on eligible room rates. Points are only awarded on room charges. If you earn enough points, you can redeem them for free stays.
How can I earn points?
You earn points when you complete an eligible stay at a Green Suites Hotel. There is another way to get points. If you introduce your friends to us, you will earn 3 points for every dollar which they spend on their first stay booked directly with Green Suites Hotel.
What is an egilible stay?
An eligible stay is a direct booking with our hotel rather than with a third-party agency such as Priceline. However, there are some cases in which a direct booking can’t earn points (e.g., certain greatly discounted rates). Please refer to the Terms And Conditions for more details.
What is an egilible rate?
An eligible rate is the rate published on the Green Suites website at the time the booking is made. A discounted rate is not considered as an eligible rate.
How many point can I earn per my stay?
You always earn seven Points for every dollar you spend on eligible room rates. Since Green Suites Hotel sets its own room rates, the points you earn per stay will vary. For example, staying at a $24 room for two nights you will earn 336 points (7 pts x 24 dollars x 2 nights). And if you stay at a $32 room for two nights, you will earn 448 points (7 pts x 32 dollars x 2 nighs).
Can I earn points when I make a reservation for someone else?
Yes. Just make sure you use the email address associated with your GSMR account when you make the reservation.
Is there a limit to how many rooms that I can book and still earn points?
Yes. Limitedly, you can book up to two rooms at one time staying on the same dates and still earn points from both of them.
Can I earn points on the other parts of the hotel bill such as restaurant or tours?
No. Points are only awarded on eligible room rates.
What if there is more than one member on the reservation?
Points are only awarded to the member who uses the email associated with his/her account when making the reservation. Only one member can earn points for a stay.
Can I transfer my points to another member's account?
Yes. You can do that when you sign in to the membership area. Your whole total points will be transfered upon your request.
How can I redeem my points?
When you have points, you can use them to pay the hotel bill. If the bill costs more than your points, you will pay the rest by cash or credit card.
Can I redeem my points for cash?
No. You cannot.
I just join in GSMR program, can I redeem my points for my first stay?
No. You can only redeem your points for your next stays after your first stay.
Do my points expire?
No. However, if we do not see any activity from your account after two years, we will deactivate your account.
What will happen with my points, if I change or cancel my reservation?
You can only get points after you have completed your stay with us. Therefore, there will be nothing happening with your points if you change or cancel your reservation..
How do I know my points?
Log in our website using your account. “My Points Report” will tell you how many points you have got and the details.
